I am honored to begin my third year as principal at Hillsdale Middle School. Before coming to Hillsdale, I served as an elementary school administrator and spent 14 years as a high school teacher and administrator. In May, I earned my doctorate degree in Educational Psychology. I believe in building a strong partnership between our school, parents, and students, knowing that this connection is the foundation for student success.

As principal, I work to bring our mission, vision, and core beliefs to life each day. I support teachers in creating challenging and innovative lessons, ensure students have a safe and structured environment, and promote the use of technology and 21st century skills to help them become creative and critical thinkers. Most importantly, I believe in working closely with families and our community to nurture the academic, social, and emotional growth of every Husky.
