Request for Furniture

  • To request office furniture or district funded classroom furniture due to growth, please complete this form with specific details: Google Form.  Once submitted, the Purchasing Department staff will contact you regarding next steps.

     

    To request additional site funded classroom furniture due to changes at your site, please submit purchasing requisition(s) using the order information found in our furniture brochures. (Refer to "Furniture for Elementary School Classrooms" or " Furniture for Middle School Classrooms" as applicable).
