Is an Internship a Pathway for You?
Internships are options for educators seeking employment in hard or harder to fill positions. Interns work in full time teaching contracts while completing their coursework/teaching credential. Positions in which we typically hire interns may include special education, bilingual classroom teaching positions at our schools implementing dual immersion language programs, and math and/or science. Steps to internship require a prospective educator to research universities that host internships and which programs you may be eligible for/may fit your needs.
The following are some of our partners that host intern credentialing programs, please research their requirements and reach out to the institution directly regarding your eligibility.
