About me:

Softball was my passion and, with guidance from my family and teachers, hard work, and a little bit of luck, I was able to continue my education in college while playing softball.  I attended Florida State University, in Tallahassee, Florida. I was also fortunate enough to coach briefly at the college level for the Virginia Tech softball team as the pitching coach.

I am beginning my 26th year of teaching, all of which has been here at Montgomery.  We have made tremendous strides in the PE Department, continuing to expand our curriculum and other health and fitness opportunities.  Stay tuned for more information...and let's have a great 2023-2024 school year!

Currently, I have lived in El Cajon with my husband, Jeff, for 19 years, our 2 daughters, Grace - 14, Emma - 12, and our dogs Ranger and Garth. We love camping and enjoy time away in our trailer.
