It is in the interest of our students, it is important that children are picked up on time. 

A $1 per minute late fee will be charged for the first 15 minutes and a $2 per minute fee will be charged for each additional minute. These charges are not covered by the ELOP or ASES grant.

In addition to the late fee, parents picking up their child(ren) past closing time will lose the privilege to participate in the program as follows:

• 1^st offense: a verbal warning from EDP staff that includes signing the late fee adjustment form, and paying the late pick up charges.
• 2^nd offense: a written warning, signing the late fee adjustment form, and paying late pick up fee charges.
• 3^rd offense: suspended from program for 10 business days. 
• 4th offense:  dropped from program and eligible for re-enrollment after 30 business days.   Parents will be responsible for re-registering their child.  Should the site have a waitlist, parent is responsible for adding child to waitlist.   If a space is available, at the end of the 30 day period, child can be re-enrolled. 
• Note: There is no guarantee a spot will be open after suspension time ends. Some sites have waitlists that may take 6 months or longer for a spot to open.
