Alcohol, Tobacco & Drug Prevention

Alcohol, Tobacco & Drug Prevention

Cajon Valley Union School District students receive age appropriate instruction about the effects to the human body of legal and illegal drugs.

Students in Kindergarten through grade 5 receive instruction, from their classroom teachers, in the Too Good For Drugs evidence based curriculum.

Students in grades 6 through 8 receive information about the dangers of alcohol tobacco and other drugs from their science teachers through the use of the evidence based prevention curriculum Project Alert.

It is our goal to work in partnership with parents and family members to ensure that all Cajon Valley students grow up healthy and drug free.

Below you will find resources for use in conversations with your children.
