    Hello! I'm Christina Duncan and I am your student's 6th grade English Language Arts teacher or 7th grade ELD. Throughout the year, your student will be working on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills using the  Common Core Standards. I am incredibly fortunate to work at Montgomery where we combine best teaching practices with Common Core Standards to prepare students for success.
     
    The  ELA teachers have created an exciting pathway for students by incorporating Common Core/ Units of Study, novels/articles, writing projects, group activities,  presentations, cross curricular opportunities, and more!
