We encourage you to register as a vendor in order to receive notifications of potential future bidding and contracting opportunities. Please follow the below steps:
ALL VENDORS/CONTRACTORS:
Online Registration: Cajon Valley Union School District has partnered with Euna Procurement to implement an online procurement portal that will allow you to receive notifications of potential business opportunities and submit bids / proposals to Cajon Valley Union School District digitally. Please visit the Cajon Valley Union School District’s procurement portal. To register, click the “Register” button in the top right corner and search for your company to join as an additional contact. If your organization has not already registered, you can register as a new company. We would encourage you to register using a generic “bids” or “sales” email if available to avoid missing opportunities when staff changes. Registration is easy and free. Contracting: The District will be sending notifications via Euna Procurement to request contract-related documents. Requests for electronic signatures will be sent via AdobeSign.
CSLB LICENSED CONTRACTORS:
In addition to registering in the Euna procurement portal above, please complete the following steps:
CUPCCAA Contractor Registration: The Cajon Valley Union School District is subject to the California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Act Procedures. The District invites all CSLB licensed contractors to submit information for inclusion on the District's list of qualified bidders for the 2026 calendar year. A contractor may have their firm added to the District's contractor list at any time by completing and submitting the registration form available online. Registration will allow your company to receive notifications of formal and informal bid opportunities your the applicable license type. Please click here to complete and submit the registration form.
DIR Registration: SB 854 requires ALL contractors, including subcontractors, to register with the Department of Industrial Relations prior to bidding on public works projects. This registration on the Cajon Valley Union School District website does not fulfill that requirement. For more information, and to register online, please visit the DIR’s public works website: http://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-Works/PublicWorks.html.
Pre-Qualification: In addition, contractors and M/E/P subcontractors are required to pre-qualify for certain future bidding opportunities. Any bid that requires pre-qualification will specify those requirements in the Notice Inviting Bids. CUPCCAA registration on the District website is NOT the same as pre-qualification. We are not accepting pre-qualification applications at this time.
