Request a Return

Do you need to request a return or report a problem with your order?

Refer to the below "How-To Guide" regarding the process and use the below Google form to submit your request. This form is to be used to report any of the following scenarios:

• Discrepancy (when the quantity you received does not match your packing slip, what you received does not match your order, or items were damaged in transit)
• Returns (due to user error when ordering, or you are unsatisfied with an item you received) - Note: a $50 minimum applies to this category of returns.
